I ordered two eyeshadows and an eyeliner, but the shades that showed up were completely different from what I picked. I reached out to support, they asked me to send pictures, and then I never heard anything back. Super frustrating, especially because this feels like something that should’ve been totally avoidable.

The makeup itself is nice, I liked how it looked and felt. But with their ethics info, I was kind of left unsure, because clear it didn't really seem to me

I tried this out the pigment is good. The color shows up nicely without needing to pack on too much. I did notice a bit of fallout while applying it, though, so I had to clean up under my eyes after. Not a dealbreaker for me, but it’s something to keep in mind.

It arrived right on time and I didn’t run into any issues at all. compared to a lot of orders I’ve had from other places, this one was refreshingly easy.

I tried the custom palette option and it was really easy to use. It only took a few minutes to get it how I wanted, and it turned out great

I don't know, the site just feels annoying sometimes. I was trying to find a few things and kept having to click around more than I expected. Some pages also loaded weird or felt like they got stuck for a second. It’s not unusable, but it’s just... not a great experience.

The return process was just slow and kind of annoying. I expected it to be straightforward, but it dragged on longer than it should have.

The shade matched my skin perfectly—what more could I ask for? It blended in so naturally and made the whole process super easy.

The packaging came really nice, honestly. It was packed really well, like everything felt secure and not just thrown in a box. I always notice that stuff because it makes a big difference when something arrives without dents or damage. You can tell they took a little extra care with it, which I appreciated.

I’m not sure what happened with this one, but the texture just felt really thick and patchy on my skin. It didn’t blend very well, and the consistency was kind of gritty, which made it unpleasant to use. Maybe it was just a bad batch, but I didn’t enjoy it.

I really wanted to like this because when I first put it on, I was like, okay, this actually looks nice. But then a few hours later… not so much. It started fading and creasing way faster than I expected, and by lunchtime I was basically wondering where it even went. Disappointing.

I actually like the products I ordered, the colors I did get are and they wear nicely. But I was a little disappointed with the shade range. Some of the items just don’t have enough in-between tones, and I really wish there were more options for deeper skin tones too. Also, the way my order was handled felt a bit careless, like it wasn’t packed or treated with much attention, which was annoying. Overall, it’s not bad at all, but I expected a bit more. I’d maybe buy again if they expand the shades and handle orders more carefully.

I do like the shades I picked up from Lethal Cosmetics, they look really once they’re on the eyes. But i had to be way more patient with them than I wanted to be. There was more kickback in the pan than I expected, and even after tapping off my brush, I still ended up with fallout under my eyes. It’s not awful or unusable, just annoying, especially for the price. I’ll keep using them, but I wouldn’t call this my favorite formula.

The colors looked really nice at first, but once I started using them, they got patchy quickly and were harder to blend than I expected. If you’re thinking about picking this up, I’d maybe try it with a good eyeshadow primer first or test it in-store if you can. It might work better for some people, but on me it just didn’t apply as smoothly as I’d hoped.

Compared to a lot of other online shops I’ve ordered from recently, this was way smoother. The package arrived earlier than expected, everything was packed properly, and there were no issues at all. I’d definitely order again just based on how easy and quick the delivery was.

I didn’t get any rash or irritation at all, which was great!! My skin just felt a little dry sometimes... but nothing too bad!!!
